Find comfort in the gentle glow of soft candlelight as the healing vibrations of sound guide you on a journey of stillness. This is an experience that will leave you feeling rested, rejuvenated, and reconnected with a sense of inner calm.
The session will begin with a guided meditation to ease the body and mind into a state of relaxation, helping you to feel comfortable and grounded in the present moment. This will lead into a pure sound immersion guided by the healing vibration of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, and chimes to deepen the journey inward.
The session is led by Daniel O’Dowd, a certified Vibrational Meditation Practitioner and founder of Sound of the Soul. His work focuses on using sound healing to help individuals reconnect with their unique inner intelligence and live life to their fullest potential.
