Candlelit Soundbath for Healing and Relaxation

We will begin the evening at 7:30 PM with a relaxation tea while we quietly settle into our space. Once comfortable, the introduction will begin, which is a pre-recorded guided meditation to help you set your intentions and completely let go. Followed by a 45 minute playing of live crystal sound bowls.

Each sound bowl is made of crystal quartz and all are tuned to different frequencies meant to target different parts of the body.

I grately look forward to hosting this event for you all. Please remember to bring a pillow blanket, yoga mat, or whatever will help you find most comfort in the studio.

Upon arrival come through the society doors and right up the main stairs into the moon room!
