Come join us for a relaxing evening in Elmwood where you can unwind and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong and voice and let the gentle flicker of candlelight guide you into a state of deep relaxation and connection to your true self.

This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and find peace within.

Please bring a yoga mat and a journal.

I highly recommend to wear something cozy, so you can deeply relax.
