Candlelit Sound Healing + Reiki

Join us for a deeply calming Sound Healing + Reiki experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

This session begins with the soothing vibrations of sound healing, using instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes to guide your body into a relaxed, meditative state. As you rest, gentle Reiki energy will be offered to support balance, emotional release, and nervous system reset.

Held in a softly lit, peaceful environment, this experience invites you to fully unwind and receive.

No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.

What to bring

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

• Blanket and/or pillow for comfort

• Water
