Candlelit Sound Bath - Gong Immersion at Patch Gloucester

Join us at Patch Gloucester for a gong sound bath - an evening of relaxation and stillness in a space created for rest and intentional pause.

This immersive experience uses large, resonant gongs to guide you to calm, release and support full body relaxation.

As the vibrations move through the space, many people experience a quietening of the mind, a natural slowing of breath, softening of tension, and a sense of reconnection both to themselves and to what truly matters beneath the noise of daily life. This is a moment to recalibrate, reset and arrive fully in the present.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion so you can settle in comfortably. The comfier the better!
