Guided by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, grounding drums, the gong, our voices, Koshi chimes, and more, this immersive experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and surrender to the present moment.

Whether you're new to sound healing or returning to the practice, this candlelit sound bath offers a nurturing space for rest, reflection, and renewal.

All are welcome. We lovingly hold this as a safe, inclusive space—especially for our queer and gender nonconforming community.

Please bring your own yoga mat to relax on. For maximum comfort, consider bringing a blanket & eye mask. We will provide light snacks as well as masks. Masks are not mandatory, so please raincheck if you're not feeling 100%. 🤍

Meet Your Guides, Victoria & Laura ✨

Victoria Collins, MIM​

Victoria balances her warrior spirit with a boundless heart. She knows that true strength and power is conveyed through tenderness and kindness and offers that energy into her work and relations. She believes that everyone is a healer, that we are all our own heroes, and that her calling is to support others in that realization. She focuses on aligning and strengthening the body, heart, mind, and spirit so that each individual can realize their full-self and operate from a space of embodied, loving presence. She is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and utilizes her own experience of rehabilitation from injuries to assist her clients who come to her for bodywork and training. She is attuned to Reiki, is a graduate of the Academy of Intuition Medicine®, and offers Source Code Activation healings and Oracle readings for 1:1 energy healing sessions as well as a free monthly sound bath meditation and gratitude journaling community event. In addition, she has spent the last two years in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield and will be completing the program in January 2025.

Laura Rebeccca Sanchez, MSN, RN, NP-C, MIM

Laura Rebecca Sanchez is an energy medicine practitioner, sound healer, and trauma-informed nurse practitioner. She is dedicated to guiding others in holistic healing of the body, mind, and heart. Laura’s mission is to lovingly support individuals in stepping into their authentic power, cultivating inner peace, and reclaiming their unique voice. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley, UC San Francisco, the Academy of Intuition Medicine®, and is completing her sound healing studies at the Globe Institute. Laura gracefully weaves together her knowledge of the body with her experience in energy medicine, sound healing, and modern mysticism, offering transformative soundbaths, 1:1 sessions, and workshops.
