Sweetest studio around to practice. Come to candlelight restorative yoga and treat yourself to bliss. Enter the Velvet Mill by ZEST Bakery and go upstairs to the Art Gallery. Take a sharp right at the top of the stairs to SHINE! Early enrollment is encouraged for ease to your mat. BUT, if you didn't have time, just show up unless social media tells you the class has sold out.
Class is every Thursday except for 11/21 and 12/12.
