✨️ An hour and a half long practice dedicated to disengaging our "fight or flight" senses of the nervous system while jump starting the rest and digest portion of the nervous system. We'll work on reducing tension, stress, anxiety, and trauma while developing our sense of self all while enveloping our practice within an orchestral masterpiece of SOUND- we'll find balance & peace.
