Candlelit Restorative Reset is an extended practice designed to help the body deeply rest and the nervous system unwind.
Using supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each posture gently holds the body so muscles can soften and the nervous system can shift toward restoration. Poses are held for longer periods, allowing the body to experience deep, supported rest.
This class may also include gentle elements such as:
- short guided reflections or readings
- light sound healing
The room is softly lit with candlelight to create a calm and supportive environment for slowing down.
No yoga experience is required. This practice is suitable for anyone seeking rest, recovery, and stress relief.
