Candlelit Rest & Sound is your monthly reset button — a restorative yoga + sound bath experience designed to melt away stress, release tension, and remind your nervous system what peace actually feels like.
Stephanie gently guides you through slow, supported postures using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks — think “adult nap time with intention.” As your body softens, you’ll be serenaded by crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other whimsical instruments that vibrate every cell into calm. The sound frequencies help your brain drift into dreamy meditation while your body receives a deep energetic recharge.
No yoga experience needed — just come as you are. Seriously. Pajamas, fuzzy socks, and your favorite cozy blanket are encouraged. Bring your yoga mat, water, crystals, or anything you’d like cleared and recharged with sound.
