Let yourself be held in a candlelit sound bath with hands-on reiki to help release, restore, and realign your body, mind, and heart. What will this class look like? You will make yourself comfortable in the same way you would attend a hOm Sound Bath while gifted and loving reiki practitioner Andi Wesley and her team move peacefully throughout the room providing hands-on energy work. All you have to do is show up as you are, how you are, and rest. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. What is reiki? Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation and well-being. It is is a non-invasive therapy that involves a practitioner placing their hands on or near a client's body to guide energy and encourage self-healing. The word "reiki" means "universal life energy"

Please arrive by 6 pm | This class will be 80 minutes with an introduction, one hour candlelit sound bath with reiki, and closing.
What to bring
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. Props provided by Radiant.
Please bring a pen, journal, and water.
