Candlelit Holiday Hygge Sound Bath

Step out of the holiday rush and into a space of cozy calm. Join Jennifer Grubba for an evening inspired by hygge - the Danish art of comfort, connection, and simple joy. We’ll begin with gentle movement and a heartfelt holiday meditation, inviting the mind and body to settle and the spirit to soften. Then, we will rest deeply as a serene sound bath washes over you, helping to release tension, quiet the nervous system, and encourage a sense of nourishment and renewal.
“Don we now our gay apparel” - your comfiest holiday jammies or favorite yoga attire are encouraged, bring a friend, and settle in for a little warmth and togetherness this holiday season. This is a chance to step away from the holiday rush, settle into stillness, and make space for what—and who—matters most.
Blankets, bolsters, a holiday treat and hot tea will be provided.
