Special Holiday Event-The holiday season, while a time of joy, often brings a whirlwind of obligations, gatherings, and endless to-dos. Give yourself the gift of deep relaxation and inner calm with our special Holiday Meditation & Sound Bath.
Join us for an immersive experience designed to help you unwind, release accumulated stress and tension, and reconnect with your center before the rush takes over.
While the sounds of the season serenade the room, our evening begins with a gentle guided meditation to quiet the mind, followed by a deeply restorative sound journey. Relaxing comfortably in your reclining chair, you will be "bathed" in the therapeutic tones and healing vibrations produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes and more. These soothing sounds encourage your nervous system to down-regulate, creating a perfect state for deep peace and healing.
Hot cocoa and dark chocolate will be served at the end of the session.
You are welcome to bring any items for comfort- such as blanket and eye mask.
* Note- for those with mobility restrictions, our studio is on the second floor with no elevator access.
