This candlelit soundbath + cacao ceremony is the perfect opportunity to reset and restore after the intensity of the festive season - a nurturing space to ground yourself, release what no longer serves, and gently realign your energy as we settle into the rhythm of the new year.

We’ll begin with oracle cards and a ceremonial serving of cacao, creating space to set intentions and drop into presence. Known as the “food of the gods”, cacao is a gentle, plant-based heart medicine that helps open emotional pathways, deepen meditation, and foster connection - both with yourself and the world around you. Rich in magnesium, antioxidants, and natural mood-elevating compounds, it supports relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional release, softening the edges of a busy mind and easing you into stillness.

As candlelight flickers and grounding scents fill the warm studio, you’ll be guided through a 60-minute meditative sound journey. The session weaves together guided meditation and live sound, as the resonance of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments move through the space and the body - calming the nervous system and restoring energetic balance.

You’ll be lying down for the duration of the soundbath, surrounded by comfort - yoga mats, sheepskin pads, head cushions, eye pillows and/or masks, fleeces, and blankets are all provided. Simply wear soft, layered clothing and warm socks to cocoon into this moment of rest.
