Join us at Fireweed & Cedar Wellness Collective for Candlelight Yoga, a restorative evening practice designed to help you step away from the busyness of the week and settle back into your body.
Held by the soft glow of flickering candlelight, this gentle practice blends intentional breath work, slow movement, restorative postures, and moments of deep stillness. There’s nowhere to rush and nothing to achieve, just space to move, breathe, and be.
✨ What to expect:
• A slow, restorative yoga practice
• Gentle movement + breath work
• A warm, candlelit atmosphere
• Beginner-friendly and welcoming to all levels
• Plenty of time to rest and reconnect
Come alone, bring a friend, or make it part of your evening out. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or simply craving a softer practice, you’re welcome here.
