Candlelight Slow Flow Yoga

Join us for a mindful evening of slow flow yoga here at The Market. In a comfortably heated room under the light of candles, this class is meant to provide a peaceful setting for relaxation and de-stressing. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is suitable for all levels and ages, and will take place in our Bowtruss Room located on the main level. Please bring your own mat and any equiptment you like to use, such as blocks, bolsters, etc. Tickets available exclusively through Eventbrite or at the door (if not sold out prior).
