JOIN US for a unique opportunity! We open with a simple reading in the candlelight followed by a beautiful yoga session.Mallory Jessee LCSW, RYT200, a teacher at Bristol Yoga, will lead us in Candlelight Yoga & Scripture.
All levels, all are welcome! We have extra yoga supplies, so no worries if you don't have a mat! Bring a friend and take a moment for self-care.
