We’d love you to join us for this magical festive gathering; A reflective candlelight yoga practice, with guided space for reflection & deep relaxation in the beautiful venue of St. Lukes, The Box, Plymouth.
A collaboration with Jules Laville Yoga, The Box & Space to Move

All levels & abilities.
At this time of the year there are so many demands we all face: rushing here and there, constantly busy, doing for others and not leaving important space for ourselves! Allowing some space and time to reflect and relax is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.
This special festive Yin & Yang Yoga Flow practice will energise you, enliven your senses and help you find deep inner peace.
Under candlelight we will mindfully move through a series of accessible Yang Yoga Flow (vinyasa/flow) sequences to warm the body, uplift and celebrate our ability to give, and let go open heartedly. In the second part of the class we will find balance & harmony through a series of Yin/Restorative Yoga poses to help us feel rooted, receive, find calm and relax.
This class is suitable for all levels including beginners, more experienced yogis/practitioners and teachers. Different options/variations/levels will be provided throughout the session.
Jules Laville is a certified senior yoga teacher with over 16 years of teaching experience. She is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance and the co-founder of the studio Space to Move in Plymouth. Wherever Jules teaches she has a natural ability to make everybody feel welcome, relaxed and safe.
