Candlelight Yin Yoga, Sound Bath, Live Cello, and Cacao Experience

From the moment you step inside, soft music and hushed voices create a sanctuary, gently unraveling the tension in your body. Be sure to arrive early to enjoy the mobile sauna experience.

As you settle onto your mat, we’ll begin with a guided breathwork session — inviting you to fully surrender and prepare for the deeply restorative, beginner-friendly somatic yin yoga class led by the lovingly luscious guidance of Soojin.

Bathed in the warm flicker of candlelight, you’ll release the weight of the world while being serenaded with the mesmerizing sounds of both renowned sound healer Lisa Fischer and cellist Jasmine James. This immersive concert of healing vibrations — woven from the cello, sound bowls and gentle restorative movement — soothes your nervous system and cascades through every inch of your being, dissolving stress, grounding your energy, and deepening your relaxation.

A few items to keep in mind before arriving:

1. For your best experience, spend the day hydrating well, relaxing and clearing your mind of worries and stress. Eat light and healthy (don’t arrive overly full).
2. Prepare for an evening of deep relaxation by giving yourself space to arrive at least 30 minutes early to park, check in, take a bathroom break, set up your mat and enjoy the sauna. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m.
3. Cacao Presentation: We will begin promptly at 7:00 pm.
4. Yoga with Sound Bath: You will need to bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, water bottle, etc. Anything that will allow for more comfort for the sound bath. A blanket and pillow is highly recommended. Limited extra mats will be available.
5. For the Sauna: The sauna will not be at the highest temperature, so you can wearyour regular clothes.
6. Upon check-in, there will be a waiver to sign.
