Join Jessica & Laureen for a healing Somatic experience. Experience Somatic practices to regulate your Nervous System & decrease tension in your body. TRE(trauma release ex) is a trauma healing modality created by Dr David Bercelli. Laureen will guide you with some education then gentle fatiguing ex to facilitate your neurogenic tremor.
