Candlelight Stillness Night

Feeling overwhelmed, tired, or constantly “on”?
This is your space to slow down.

Join us for a candlelight evening designed to help you step out of the noise and reconnect with yourself.

This is not a fast-paced yoga class.
It’s a guided experience of stillness, breath, and deep rest.

What to expect:

  • Gentle, slow yoga (accessible for all levels)
  • Breathwork to calm the nervous system
  • Guided Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)
  • A quiet, candlelit atmosphere
  • 🍵 Herbal tea / chai served at the end to unwind and connect

Who this is for:

  • Anyone feeling stressed, anxious, or mentally tired
  • Beginners welcome (no experience needed)
  • Anyone craving a deeper, more meaningful practice

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • (Optional) Your own mat if you prefer
