Jamie is an experienced local sound bath practitioner who combines her ethereal vocals with the haunting tones of her crystal bowls, lulling listeners into a state of hypnotic bliss. At the heart of Jamie’s offerings is a deep desire to share the tools that have supported her in feeling more rooted, rested, and rejuvenated. Stress and heartache are parts of daily life, but through restorative practices like sound baths or guided meditations, we strengthen our capacity to stay present and navigate big emotions and physical sensations. As a result, we enjoy deeper sleep, reduced anxiety, increased self-compassion, and creative inspiration.

Jamie weaves together a variety of practices and modalities using vibrational sound, visualization, and meditation, creating a safe container for rest and self-reflection. The experience will begin with a breath or chanting practice to ground you in the present moment, followed by a guided meditation to soften tension in the body and plant an intention deep within the subconscious mind, where mental shifts can manifest. Then, as you rest comfortably with the blankets and pillows we provide, Jamie will take you on an exquisite journey through layers of healing sound that will harmonize your body and mind on a cellular level. The combination of ethereal vocals, crystal bowls, chimes, and oceanic sounds will resonate through your body, opening a portal to deep, peaceful rest.
