Candlelight Sound Bath retreat hosted by The Lark and facilitated by Elizabeth Covington & Maximilian Kiehne from the Aligned Wellness Sanctuary.Join us for a serene evening of soothing sounds and calming candlelight at 229 N Hogan St.
Immerse yourself in the relaxing vibrations of sound therapy while surrounded by the warm glow of candles. Evening at a Glance
We will begin the evening by settling in as you enjoy refreshments and unwind from the day’s hustle.
From there, we will briefly introduce ourselves and share our holistic journey.
Then we will dive into Pranayama followed by Yoga Flow leading you deeper into a state of relaxation, with a candlelit sound bath and Yoga Nidra (a guided ultimate relaxing meditation).
At the end of the session, you will be guided guide back to a feeling of awareness before concluding the sound bath and wishing you well, till next time!
All participants will leave with a special gift compliments of Aligned Wellness Sanctuary.
