You will be bathed in the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, and ethereal chimes. These sounds are designed to help balance your body's energy, reduce tension, and promote a profound sense of peace and well-being.

This is an opportunity for you to rest and receive. The experience will begin with a short guided meditation followed by an immersive sound journey to calm the nervous system and reduce stress. You will walk away feeling deeply relaxed and restored.

Dress comfortably and bring water. I will have mats and some blankets available for you to use but feel free to bring your own for maximum comfort.
