Take some YOU time amidst the holidays! Join us in the Candlelit barrel room to pause for 1-hour, slow down & feel renewed during the holiday rush! This is a gentle practice with little to no physical effort. In guided, long held grounded poses using props to rest & passively stretch your body, you can mindfully un-wine to explore the body & mind connection.💗
Bring a blanket, bolster or firm pillow-blocks provided for your comfort to ease into total relaxation to let go, just be and breathe.😮💨 Class designed for all levels!
