Candlelight Pilates with Live Instrumental Music

Join us for an evening of calm, connection, and movement by the magic of candlelight.

This pilates session is designed to help you slow down and reset plus meet like-minded women in a warm, supportive environment.

We’ll flow through a mindful Pilates sequence surrounded by soft candlelight, focusing on the breath, grounding, and strengthening the body. A live cellist will accompany the session, creating a gentle and immersive experience. The cello’s deep, grounding tones will feul your movement, helping you fully relax and become present.

Open to all levels x

After the session, we will have some time to chat, unwind, and connect with each other.
