Candlelight Meditation & Sound Healing Journey

This workshop combines the magic of breathwork, sound healing and meditation, and offers a container to connect with other like-minded conscious souls.

We’ll kick things off with a short breathwork practice to relax the body and prepare you for the mediation that follows.

The intent of the mediation is to open you up to higher realms of consciousness and strengthen the flow of communication with your higher self. The frequencies offered within this session are also healing.

Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and bring a journal to annotate any insights, messages or visions that may come up.
