Join me on Friday, September 5th at Swan River Yoga and indulge in one hour of candlelight relaxation (no yoga during this workshop, but we will enjoy 30 minutes in restful savasana).These healing circles offer a soft place to land; like nothing you’ve experienced before. Find sanctuary among fellow humans who walk the path of healing. Share stories (or stay silent), set intentions, pull cards, enjoy grounding practices and finally… find rest on your mat while you are guided through a powerful visualization and into the subconscious of the inner child.
