Stretch, breathe and meditate in our all-levels, beginner-friendly restorative Candlelight Aerial Yoga Flow session followed by a create-your-own candle class with Sprinkles Candles.

Start stretched out on your mat in our candlelit studio as you focus on deep breathing, setting an intention as we move through a body scan meditation. From there, we will move gently and meaningfully through modifiable poses to stretch our muscles and become weightless with the support of our hammocks. We will end in savasana cocooned inside our hammocks with lavender essential oils as reflect on your intention.

Following our candlelight flow practice, we will take part in a candle making class in studio with Sprinkles Candles where you will create your own custom 8-oz scent that you can customize with wax toppers and gems and a special label to take home with you to usher in the scents of spring!
