Unwind and reconnect in this special 90-minute Candlelight Blend Class, where gentle movement and soulful sound come together to create pure serenity.Join Pam Burgess for a warm, mindful Slow Flow to ease into the body, followed by deep, cooling Yin postures designed to release tension and quiet the mind. The evening closes with guided relaxation and an extended savasana so you can fully melt into stillness.
To make the experience even more magical, local musician Bill Burgess will fill the room with live acoustic guitar and heartfelt vocals—creating a calming, heart-opening atmosphere from start to finish.
