Join me for this 75 minute Sound Bath lit by Candle light

There will be singing from me, crystal and tibetan singing bowls, chakra toning and moments of silence.

A perfect nervous system reset after the holiday celebrations.

Please bring with you anything you may need to support your comfort such as;
