Candle Light Pilates this year takes place on
Monday 16th December in aid of Alzheimers Dementia Support a local charity based in Maidenhead.
Alzheimers Dementia Support ‘ADS’ is a charity which offers constructive practical guidance as well as a wide range of services designed to help people in the local community whose lives are directly or indirectly affected by Dementia.
The class will start at 6pm and will be a gentle relaxing session with meditation for 45 minutes. I hope you can stay after for a drink and a chat. Tickets are £12.50 per person.
The venue this year is Burnham Methodist Church Hall, Eastfield Road, Burnham. Parking is free but is limited.
