Join Survale for an interactive candidate experience workshop and learn the best practices of leading companies in recruiting and hiring. This workshop is being hosted by Schneider Electric, a past multi-year CandE Award Winner, and our workshop partner is Match2.

Kevin Grossman, VP Benchmark Research at Survale, will moderate this exclusive candidate experience workshop. Kevin runs Candidate Experience (CandE) Benchmark Research and Awards program, now in its 15th year, working with more than 2,000 global employers and surveying nearly 2 million candidates. 

This Survale CandE workshop covers recruiting, hiring, and the candidate journey from pre-application to onboarding. The workshops run from 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM and will include a happy hour from 4:30-5:30 PM to mingle and network. The workshops include:

• A TA leader/team panel discussion or guest speaker
• An interactive CandE Benchmark Research review
• Small group exercises
