C&P General Practice Innovation Forum

The GP Innovation Forum is a new termly event for sharing practice innovation stories and collaborating on solutions to the challenges we face.

This term, our focus is access. With new contractual requirements coming in October, we’ll explore how to make online access work effectively for our practices.

• Dr Ben Miller will share how his team in Ely transformed their online access model — moving from closing by 10am each day due to capacity pressures, to keeping access open all day, whilst improving staff working conditions.

• Dr Nathalie Rodríguez McCullough will discuss how her team delivers online access using the Accurx triage tool whilst meeting the contract requirements.

The programme will also include networking, roundtable discussions, Q&A sessions, and an exhibition of digital providers offering practical solutions to current challenges.
