brings patients, families and care teams together to

reflect, connect and honor every step of the journey

recognized, supported and shared.

arrangement class, offering a creative and uplifting

experience, followed by a shared dinner at the Sleepy

Hollow Hotel. Together, we’ll celebrate life, healing
