This free restorative yoga session for female survivors of all cancers is taught by Stephane Mamantov, an ACSM Cancer Exercise Trainer, Prana Yoga Therapy for Cancer Patient Instructor, and iRest Yoga Nidra teacher. Stephanie has been working with cancer patients and survivors in Fort Worth since 2010. Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and bring a yoga mat if you have one. We will have loaner mats on hand as well.
