We are so excited to bring a relaxing sound bathing experience to our community of female cancer survivors through partnership with NRH Centre! Stephanie Mamantov of Rejuvenate Me Now Wellness will guide the gentle, stretching yoga and relaxing crystal sound bath. What a great way to wind down after a busy week!If you are new to our NRH Centre classes, we also need you to register for the class through NRH Centre here:

Wear comfortable clothes and bring water, blanket, pillow and a yoga mat if you have one. If not we will have a few extra mats available.
