Cancer StrongHER Pilates Class #1 — February 14, 2026

Join us for a Reformer class open for all levels of fitness. The class will focus on core strength, flexibility and body alignment. You can expect a quick introduction to the Reformer and its components, then we will focus on your form, alignment and breath progressing. Expect a full body workout, leaving the studio feeling stretched, strong and energized.

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. (Leggings, tank or t-shirt, you can either be bare foot or wear grippy socks- no shoes on the equipment.) Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign waiver and begin class PROMPTLY at 12 pm. We have a second class beginning at 1 pm so it's imperative that we begin the workout at noon.

As always, if you do sign up for a class and find later on that you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation through Eventbrite, or send us a text at 817-925-4810 or an email at [email protected]. That way, we can maintain accurate head counts to prepare properly for our classes and can release a spot for another survivor to enjoy the class.

THIS CLASS FILLS COMPLETELY SO PLEASE CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE IT SO SOMEONE ON THE WAITLIST CAN PARTICIPATE.
