The cooler weather is back which means we get to restart our new hiking program! Join us at Grapevine Lake for a easy/moderate hike at the N White Chapel Trailhead.
It can be breezy by the water, so bring a windbreaker or wear layers. Trail runner shoes, hiking boots or good lace-up tennis shoes are all appropriate choices for footwear.
Bring water with you. Very importantly, please make sure you are cleared for regular exercise from your doctor.
