Have you experienced forgetfulness, difficulty concentrating, mental fatigue, or feeling “not quite yourself” during or after cancer treatment? You are not alone.
Join us for this supportive 3-part workshop series exploring cancer-related brain fog (sometimes called “chemo brain”). Together, we will better understand why these changes happen and explore practical strategies to help manage memory, concentration, organisation, and everyday challenges.
In a relaxed and supportive environment, we will cover:
✨ Understanding cancer-related brain fog
✨ Practical tips and coping strategies
✨ Managing mental fatigue and focus
✨ Building confidence and self-compassion
This workshop is suitable for anyone affected by cancer who would like to better understand and manage cognitive changes during or after treatment.
💚 A safe, supportive space to learn, share (if you wish), and connect with others.
Participant will have finnished active treatment for at leasat 6 months and aable to attend all three essions, 2/9/16 July.
