This deeply nurturing class is designed for individuals navigating cancer—patients, survivors, caregivers, family, and loved ones. The entire practice is floor-based and intentionally gentle, offering a safe space for rest, mindful movement, and emotional ease.
All bodies, all abilities, and all experiences are welcome. No yoga background needed—just come as you are and be held in compassionate movement.
