Group Stay Information Package
Rideau Acres Campground is pleased to welcome the Canadian RV Owners group for a group camping stay from June 1 to June 4, 2026.
We have set aside 20 water, electric, and sewer sites with 30-amp service located in our North East Section along Poplar Lane and Cherry Lane. These sites are ideal for group camping and are conveniently situated close together for an enjoyable shared experience.
The regular nightly rate for these sites is $69.00 per night plus HST. A group discount of 10 percent will be applied once 25 or more sites are confirmed within the group. We also accept CAA, Good Sam, Military, and RV Explorer discounts at 10 percent off. Please note that only one discount may be applied per reservation.
To confirm a reservation, campers may call our office directly at 613-546-2711 or complete an online reservation request form at www.rideauacres.com/reservations. When booking, it is very important that campers indicate “Canadian RV Owners Group” in the Special Request box. Campers should also include any applicable discount they wish to use and the names of friends or fellow campers they would like to be located beside.
A deposit of 50 percent of the campsite fees will be processed at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of arrival.
The booking deadline for the Canadian RV Owners group is April 15, 2026. After this date, any remaining sites will be released back into general availability.
Our cancellation policy is as follows. Cancellations made with at least seven days’ notice prior to arrival are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than seven days’ notice will forfeit the cost of one night, with the remaining balance refunded.
