On behalf of the CPHPN executive, we are pleased to invite you to the 2026 CPHPN meeting hosted in conjunction with PHA Canada's PH Community Conference & Scientific Sessions.
This one-day event is available to attend either in person or virtually. Registration is required.

Canadian Experience with Sotatercept - Nursing Perspective
Objectives:
• Discuss the considerations when selecting the appropriate PAH treatment for a patient
• Review the latest data on sotatercept and its impact on clinical outcomes
• Discuss multidisciplinary collaborative care models in PAH management
• Discuss current recommendations for risk stratification in PAH

CPHPN meeting
8 am - 12 pm: Co-developed Sponsored Educational Sessions
1 pm - 5 pm: CPHPN members meeting
Travel Scholarship Program:
If you require financial assistance to attend the meeting, please indicate that in your registration. The application period for the scholarship program will be from May 1 to May 29, 2026. To apply, please complete the following application form.
Eligibility:
This scholarship is only available to CPHPN members who plan to attend the full-day CPHPN meeting in person on September 24. Scholarship funds will be allocated based on need and the availability of resources.
7th National PH Scientific Session
Thursday, September 24 - Friday, September 25
Following the CPHPN meeting, PHA Canada will host its annual PH . This event is open to all medical professionals.

5 pm – 6 pm: Welcome Reception (free & open to all)
6 pm – 8 pm: Short Program & Dinner Event (ticket required)
Friday, September 25
8 am – 5 pm: Educational Sessions (including meals)
Registration for this event is required.
Patient & Family Symposium
Friday, September 25 - Saturday, September 26
Following the Scientific Sessions, PHA Canada will host its annual . This free event is open to all medical professionals who want to learn more about the daily lives and experiences of patients and caregivers affected by pulmonary hypertension.

Saturday, September 26
8 am – 5 pm: Patient & Family Symposium
If you plan to attend the Patient & Family Symposium, please indicate your participation on your registration form, and PHA Canada will register you for the event. You will receive a separate ticket by email for your community conference registration.
