Get Ready Watertown!
The CPKC Holiday Train is BACK IN WATERTOWN on December 8, 2024, arriving at 7:50pm, departing 8:35pm.
The event is free to attend with donations of cash and/or non-perishable food items for the Watertown Food Pantry. The Boy Scouts will be on-site collecting donations at the Watertown Hish School shuttle location and at the beginning of the entrance to the park.
Watertown Parks & Recreation will be on-site beginning at 6pm selling hot cocoa, treats, and fun light-up toys (Please CASH only).
Dousman Transport will be providing FREE transportation from Watertown High School parking lot to the Brandt Quirk diamonds. Shuttle will run from 6pm-9pm
The candlelight hike path will be lit, and a toasty bonfire will be ablaze to keep everyone warm until the train rolls in.
The 2024 CPKC Holiday Train will tour Canada and the U.S. Nov. 21 through Dec. 20, raising money, food and awareness to support food banks across our network.
Professional musicians play free concerts from the brightly decorated train's stage. CPKC donates to the local food bank at each stop and encourages all attendees to make a monetary or heart-healthy food donation.
Since its inaugural journey in 1999, the CPKC Holiday Train has raised more than $24.3 million and collected approximately 5.3 million pounds of food for community food banks in Canada and the U.S.
