Dust off your red and white shirts and accessories, and join us for an extra special BONUS Canada Day parkrun on Monday, July 1. Feel free to bring along a sweet treat to add to the cake table afterwards!parkrun is a free, timed 5km run, jog or walk. It's a community event that takes place every week, and is open to everyone - dogs on leashes, and children aged 4+ are welcome too. Arrive from 8.45am for a briefing, ready for a 9am start.
If it's your first time at a parkrun, register for your free barcode at https://www.parkrun.ca/register/ print it out and bring it along to see your time on the results page.
