Described as "One of the best performers of her generation" by the Vancouver International Children's Festival, Marnie will be sure to captivate every child and have them grooving to her songs. Each song tells a story with an action, keeping children focused, physical and having fun throughout the show.
4:00 pm Story Time with Barry
Our president Barry Leinbach is back with original stories that children help to develop, allowing their imaginations to create the story line and characters. It is a fun and entertaining time for the whole family.
4:15 pm Meike Jeurgens
Bring all the kids and Meike Jeurgens will lead the children in games, activities and fun for all; a Kids Dance Party. The dance party is a fun way to continue our Canada Day Celebration.
5:00 pm Kits Trivia and Prizes with Barry
5:15 pm Peter and Angela - Active Music for Kids
These children's entertainers will be performing music to guarantee to make you dance about and sing along. Get ready for a really FUN time with Peter and Angela and experience a musical extravaganza of adventure.
6:00 pm Cupcakes!
7:00 pm Canada Day Official Ceremonies: MP Wade Grant.

Kitsilano Showboat offers five nights of free entertainment every week this summer, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from June 17 - August 23, 2026. Showtime 7:00 pm. Something different every evening. Always the most beautiful view in the world. Established 1935.
