Canada Connect: From Past to Present
About this Event
Canada Connect: From Past to Present is a two-part series for newcomers who want to better understand Canada and the community they now call home. Participants will explore Canadian history, Indigenous communities, levels of government, and Canadian media in a welcoming space for learning and discussion. The program also introduces the library as a trusted place for information, connection, and lifelong learning.
Join us in-person at Maple Library or online on Zoom.
Part 1 takes place on Thursday, September 10 from 7–8 p.m., and Part 2 on Thursday, September 17 from 7–8 p.m. Registration is for both sessions.
