Can You Keep Up?
A Women’s Month Wellness Experience Inspired by Destiny’s Child
If you’re an Independent Woman, we invite you to come Lose Your Breath, feel Bootylicious, and move with a room full of women who know their strength.
In honor of Women’s Month, The Clique Collective and 70Flow Pilates are bringing together movement, sisterhood, and a soundtrack inspired by Destiny’s Child for a wellness experience designed to help you sweat, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
Join us for a class that’s going to be Jumpin’, Jumpin’ from the start. We’re calling all the Soldiers — the women who show up for themselves, push through challenges, and are ready to move with intention. Together we’ll sweat it out, break up with Bad Habits, and create space to feel Free — stronger in our bodies and clearer in our minds.
After the workout, stick around to connect and celebrate with your fellow Independent Women. Guests will have the opportunity to create DIY Destiny’s Child–inspired bracelets and enjoy complimentary mimosas while supplies last.
This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels, whether you're just getting started or already in your wellness era.

Lose My Breath — HIIT Activation (30 Minutes)
We start strong.
This high-energy HIIT session is designed to challenge endurance, stamina, and strength through dynamic bodyweight exercises set to the beat of Destiny’s Child classics.
Pro Tip: We'll have 1–2 lb weights available if you'd like to level up the burn, or feel free to bring your own.
Free — Pilates Recovery (15 Minutes)
After the intensity, we slow things down with a Pilates-based recovery session focused on mobility, breath, and core engagement. This segment helps release tension and restore balance so you leave feeling strong and centered.
Cater 2 U — Outdoor Reflection Walk (10 Minutes)
To close the experience, we’ll step outside together for a short outdoor reflection walk. This intentional moment allows you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the energy you want to carry forward.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause and remember to Cater 2 U.
