We make sense of our lives through stories.

Every day we tell stories. About work. About our families. About something funny that happened at the grocery store. About something that hurt. About something we can't quite make sense of yet.

Some stories grow as we tell them. Others get edited. Softened. Made smaller. Sometimes we don't tell them at all. And sometimes we find spaces that welcome them.

Can I Get a Witness? is an interactive storytelling workshop that explores what happens between the storyteller and the listener.

Together, we'll explore how the presence—or absence—of a thoughtful witness shapes what we're willing to say, what we leave unsaid, and what becomes possible when someone feels genuinely heard.

Through a series of thoughtfully designed storytelling activities, we'll notice how we edit ourselves, how we listen, and how both influence the relationships we build with ourselves and with one another.
