8:00 AM – Sound Bath + Pilates Session: Start your morning with calming vibrations and invigorating movements.

9:00 AM – Rhythm + Burn Workout: Experience our unique workout brought to life by talented musicians, college professors, dancers, and artist performers. It's an exhilarating blend of rhythm and exercise like no other.

10:00 AM – Potluck BBQ: After energizing our minds and bodies, let's gather to share food and stories. Bring a dish to share and enjoy the good company.
